Salesforce (NYSE: CRM), the world’s #1 AI CRM, and Informatica (NYSE: INFA), a leader in enterprise AI-powered cloud data management, announced on May 27, 2025 that they have entered into an agreement for Salesforce to acquire Informatica for approximately $8 billion in equity value, net of Salesforce’s current investment in Informatica.
